Christmas season is one of the best times of the year! It is filled with love, family, and joy. This is a time where people come together to reconnect and show their appreciation for their loved ones.

This time of year can also be a bit stressful, with preparing for gift-giving and food for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! You can be so focused on the food and gifts that you may overlook what you’re going to drink!

If you are still looking around trying to figure out what drinks to make this Christmas, look no further! You will find a few simple Christmas cocktail recipes, as well as good beer and wine options, right here! These drinks will be sure to please everyone and be perfect for Christmas!

Brut IPA is the new big thing this season, and may be the perfect option for people who aren’t huge Champagne fans! We have a few options, but Killer Queen is a favorite because of its balance of citrus and hop with a great bubbly finish!

St. Bernardus ABT 12 AND Christmas Ale- $13.99 each

bernardus

St Bernardus is a Belgian Brewery that is considered to be one of the best breweries in the world! These Belgian Abbey Ales are smooth and rich  with complex flavors and a bittersweet finish. The Christmas Ale is a little lighter but makes up for that with warm holiday spice!

These beers are sure to be crowd pleasers!

Now, on to wine!

Integer Brut Sparkling Wine- $19.99

sparkling

This  Sparkling wine is one of my all time favorites! Made in South Africa, this crisp, dry sparkling wine is perfect for toasting! It is made in the same way as French Champagne, but for a fraction of the price! This is one that you will want to have over and over again!

Hoopenburg Integer Syrah Blend- $19.99

This wine is from the same vineyard as the Integer Sparkling Wine!

Out of Hoopenburg, South Africa, the Integer Syrah blend is a wonderfully complex wine, Dry and tannic with balanced barrel integration gives this wine notes of mulberries and cinnamon with dried herbs. The subtle hint of smoke is a pleasing touch. This is Christmas Eve by the fire in a glass!

Horseshoes and Hand Grenades- $17.99

This Washington/ Southern Oregon red blend is full bodied and comlex. Fruit driven on the palate, this rich, ripe fruit comes from the Oregon Syrah, while the Washington Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot give it great structure and complexity. Big Cherry and leather notes make this wine the perfect winter warmer!
